Adjusting the time

The value (0:00) appears on the LC display

Adjusting the unit of weight

Note: The factory default setting for the scales as
supplied is "kg". If you would like to change to „lb"

Note: If you select the „lb/st" unit of weight, the
height will be displayed in „feet/inches." If you
select the „kg" unit of weight, the height will be

erably in the morning) after visiting the toilet, with
an empty stomach and without clothing to ensure
that your results are comparable.

Place the scales down on a solid, flat, horizon-
tal surface.

Note: Do not place the scales on a carpet, as
this may influence the results. If necessary you
can place a board on the carpet and place the
scales upon this. A solid floor covering is required
in order to achieve correct weight measure-
ments.

holding it in your hand (see Fig. B).

Distribute weight evenly on both legs when you
step onto the scales. The hour display disap-
pears.
If at all possible, stand on the same areas of
the platform each time and do not move. Mov-
ing during the weighing process can lead to
discrepancies in the results. The scales will start
to measure immediately. The measurement
result will be displayed on the LC display
When the displayed weight flashes thrice, the
measurement is complete.
Note: The scales are overloaded if the dis-
play shows "Err". Do not exceed the maximum
load capacity of 180 kg (396 lb / 28 st).
Step off the platform. The LC display
show the time once more.
Note: Do not use the scales in the vicinity of
electromagnetic fields. This could affect the
measurement results.
