Installation

General notes

This documentation explains the installation of the Ametek
GmbH manual force measuring device.

Tools needed

• Hexagon socket screw set SW10
• Spirit level
• Screwdriver PH1
• Allen key SW2,5, SW3, SW5
Safety
CAUTION
Crush hazard when jaws close
f Always keep the Power pack CPK pack switched off
while installation is in progress.
5 2 Fit the force measuring device with the grip
mount

5 2 1 Set up the base frame and align

f Position the base frame
surface.
f To align the base frame, unfasten the hexagon nuts
and turn the device feet
f Check alignment using the spirit level.
f Tighten the hexagon nuts
