Setting the AT2000 CPK distance

Adjust the distance between the AT2000 CPK and the
manual force measuring device as necessary.

Performing a measurement

f Thread a T18RA cable tie
through the groove
f Insert the cable tie into the opening
AT2000 CPK. Use a screwdriver on the tension gear
necessary.
f Select the Measurement environment
Data Management software.
f Select the Retraction
; The cable tie is retracted and generates tensile force

f Where necessary, insert a new cable tie and perform
another binding operation.

Evaluating data

In parallel to the measurement with the manual force
measuring device, the measured values can be entered in the
HT Data Management software.
This data is displayed on the
menu.
f Launch the HT Data Management software.
f Select the Measurement environment
f Enter the measured values from the manual force
measuring device in the
f For an export, and for the evaluation and processing of
the measured values, follow the operating instructions of
