The Force Measurement Device CPK is used to measure the
tensile force acting linearly on the cable tie. The
AT2000 CPK is attached with a grip mount

For the measurement process, a cable tie is fed into the band
mount groove and a tensioning step is initiated. The

tensioning motor of the AT2000 CPK then generates a linear
tensile force on the manual force measuring device

Transporting the device

Always use the supplied carton to transport the device.
The components of the apparatus are packaged for

transport.

NOTE
Components not correctly packed are subject to a risk of
damage in transit.
Do not unpack components until just before they are going
to be installed.

Disposal

The operating company is under obligation to ensure that at
the end of its useful life, the AT2000 CPK and the
components including the accessories are disposed of in
accordance with the applicable regulations. End-of-life (EOL)
disposal of the AT2000 CPK and individual sub-assemblies
and the disposal of consumables and auxiliaries are subject
in part to statutory regulations. The appropriate local
authorities will provide detailed information on request.
f Always dispose of packaging materials in accordance
with the currently valid materials-disposal and
environmental protection regulations.
f Always take materials, production waste and
consumables for disposal to certified collection points.
f Contact the manufacturer for advice if there is any lack
of clarity regarding disposal.

Storage

f Force Measurement Device CPK Store in a cool and dry
place.
f Avoid direct sunlight.
f Store electronic components (e.g. AT2000 CPK and
power pack CPK) in impact-absorbing packaging and
separately from the accessories.
f Consult and comply with the appropriate data sheets for
storage of the accessories.
