f Remove the AT2000 CPK from the Robot adapter CPK of
the manufacturing system, à Automation instructions of
the AT2000 CPK.
; The AT2000 CPK is open and the housing covers are
removed.
f Position the AT2000 CPK on the Robot adapter CPK
the force measuring device from above.
; The Robot adapter CPK slots into the groove
AT2000 CPK.
f Slide the AT2000 CPK downwards to the stop.
f Insert and tighten the screw
f Slide in the right-hand cover
using the screws .

f Fasten the left-hand housing cover
screws .

NOTE
Damage to the AT2000 CPK
f Only switch on the AT2000 CPK with the housing covers
closed.

AT2000 CPK connect

f Connect the AT2000 CPK to the power pack CPK,
à Operating instructions of the AT2000 CPK.
f Connect the CPK power pack to the power supply.
f Connect the power pack CPK to the PC, à "Connection
plan" on page 14.

Install the HT Data Management

The HT Data Management software is supplied with the
AT2000 CPK tool and must be installed on a PC.
The installation instructions for the software can be found in
the operating instructions, à Operating instructions of the
AT2000 CPK.
