When the equipment is in use, it should
be monitored continuously. When the
equipment is in use, any children near it must
not be left unattended. The equipment is not
a toy.
Remember to check the equipment
regularly. Tighten all screws, bolts and nuts
on the equipment as required. Inspect the
equipment and replace any worn parts. Do
not use the equipment if it is defective.
When moving the equipment, employ the
correct lifting technique.
The equipment is only intended for indoor
use in private households.
When the treadmill is not in use, it should
be unplugged and the dead man's switch
removed.
Make sure there are no children in the
vicinity when using the treadmill. The
treadmill should also be stored in a location
where children or animals cannot get at it.
The treadmill may only be used by one
person at a time.
The treadmill must not be used if it is
damaged or does not function correctly.
Only use the equipment for the purposes
described in the instructions. Only
use accessories recommended by the
manufacturer.
Never leave the treadmill unsupervised.
The power supply may only be connected by
an adult.
Check that the running belt is always tight.
Start the treadmill before you stand on it.

Special safety instructions

Do not place your � ngers or other objects
near the belt when it is moving.
Do not use the dead man's switch to start
and stop the belt.
Once you have stopped the belt, wait at least
3 seconds before starting it again. Do not
run faster than the belt rotates, as this may
damage the treadmill.
Use soft and non-marking shoes when
running on the treadmill.
The safety clip must always be � rmly
attached to your clothes or in your belt when
you use the treadmill.
Do not stick foreign objects into the
treadmill, as this may damage it.
Never start the treadmill while you are
standing on it. It may take a moment after
you have turned the treadmill on and
adjusted the speed before the treadmill
starts running. Always stand on the edge of
the frame until the treadmill is running.
To reduce the risk of electric shock, DO NOT:
use extension cords, replace the cord or
plug, place the cord so that it gets trapped
under heavy objects, expose the cord to high
temperatures or use plugs or sockets that are
not in a good condition.
WARNING! The pulse monitor may be
inaccurate. Training too hard may involve a
risk of personal injury or death. If you feel
unwell, stop exercising immediately.
Power source:
Locate the treadmill near to an electrical
socket.
Sudden power surges may cause serious
damage to the treadmill. Weather changes
or switching other appliances on and off can
cause peak voltage, surges or noise voltage.
To limit the risk of damage to the machine,
it should be equipped with fuse protection
against overvoltage (not supplied).
The treadmill has been designed for use with
~220 - ~240 V rated voltage.
