Folding up
Lift the treadmill up until the pneumatic
cylinder locks in place with an audible click.
Unfolding
Hold the treadmill, step on the foot pedal
and pull the treadmill in the direction of the
arrow. The treadmill slowly folds down.

Adjusting the incline
You can adjust the incline of the treadmill
using the +, -, INCLINE+ and INCLINE-
buttons on the treadmill's control panel and
handle.
If the incline is changed during exercise, the
settings will be changed by 1 step at a time.
If you hold one of the buttons for more
than 2 seconds, the setting will change
automatically.
There are also shortcut buttons for an incline
of 4, 8 and 12.
