Step 1
Open the packaging and place the frame (1)
on the � oor. Connect the bottom computer
cord (17) and the middle computer cord
(44), and then attach the columns (4L/R) to
the frame (1) as indicated by the arrows. Use
M10x20 screws (71)/M10x80 screws (73) and
Ø11xØ20 washers (67) to secure the columns
(4L/R). (Do not tighten the screws too much).
Step 2
Connect the top computer cord (43) to the
middle computer cord (44). Use M10x20
screws (71) and Ø11xØ20 washers (67) to
secure the computer (9) to the columns (4L/
R). (Tighten all the screws securely.)
Then connect the 2- and 3-prong connectors
from the handlebars (5L/R) to the equivalent
connectors for the computer. Secure the
handlebar using M8×15 screws (69) and
tighten the screws fully.
Step 3
Use M4x15 screws (94) to � t the covers
(32L/33R) to the columns (4L/R). Attach the
dead-man's switch (23) and MP3 cord (70) to
the treadmill.
IMPORTANT!
Once all the parts are assembled, tighten all
the screws.
Check that everything is in order before
using the treadmill.
