BMI measurement
Press the PROG button until FAT appears on
the display.
Press the MODE button to select parameter
and press the SPEED +/- button to enter your
data.
F1 Gender
F2 Age
F3 Height
F4 Weight
Press the MODE button again to select
parameter F5. BMI measurement and hold
the pulse monitors on both handles. The
computer calculates your BMI (body mass
index), as shown on the display.

Pulse measurement

When running on the treadmill, hold the
pulse monitors on both handles for at least 5
seconds. Your current pulse is shown on the
display.
Your pulse is measured most accurately
when the treadmill is still and you hold your
hands on the pulse monitors for at least 30
seconds.

Playing music and the radio
Playing MP3 � les from a storage device.
Insert an SD card in the card reader or a USB
stick into the USB port on the treadmill's
computer. Use the buttons on the computer
to adjust the volume and change tracks.
Playback from an MP3 player
Connect your MP3 player's headphone
output to the socket marked "MP3" on the
computer. Control the playback of tracks via
your MP3 player.
Playing the radio
Press the FM button to play FM radio. Use
the buttons on the computer to adjust the
volume and change frequency from 87.5 to
108 MHz.
Playback priority
If you try to play several diff erent sound
sources at the same time, the priority will be
as follows:
1. MP3 player via cable
2. FM radio
3. SD card or USB stick
Connecting headphones
You can connect your headphone via the
headphone jack on the treadmill's computer.
