High-pressure pump
Function the high-pressure pump
– The cleaning liquid is suctioned by the
piston.
– The suction valves prevent a backflow
of the cleaning liquid.
– The piston movement pumps the clean-
ing liquid on.
– The pressure valves prevent a backflow
of the cleaning liquid.
– The piston movement suctions the
cleaning liquid.
Features of the high-pressure pump
– Horizontal design.
– The drive runs in an oil bath.
– The oil compartment of the drive is sep-
arate from the pressure compartment of
the cleaning liquid.
– The pump has three cylinders with one
pressure compartment each and a
common suction compartment.
Drive of the high-pressure pump
– The high-pressure pump is driven by an
electrical motor.
– V-belts transfer the power from the
electrical motor to the high-pressure
pump.
Safety valve
With excessive pressure, the safety valve
will open. The emitted cleaning liquid pro-
tects the pump and the high-pressure hos-
es from damages by excessive pressure.
Pressure tank
The pressure tank dampens oscillations
and pressure peaks. This will protect the
pump parts.

Safety Devices
