Swimmer tank overflows
Possible cause
No voltage on the appliance or on the elec-
tric control.
Fault on the motor contactor or fuses of the
electric control.
The bimetal relay of the electric control has
switched off.

low.
High-pressure pump valve worn or valve
spring broken.
Defect on piston, seal or valve of the high-
pressure pump.
Detergent container (accessory kit) empty,
pump sucks air.
V-belt not tensioned.
V-belt torn.
Detergent container (accessory kit) empty,
pump sucks air.
Suction side supply of detergents (acces-

Cleaning liquid is too hot.
Valve spring of the high-pressure pump
broken.
Plug bushing of the high-pressure pump
has become loose.
Pressure tank (accessory kit) defective.
Seal of pressure switch (accessory kit) de-
fective.
Too much play on the piston seal of the
high-pressure pump.
Pressure switch/volume regulator valve
(accessory kit) adjusted.
Closing force or fill level of the swimmer
tank (accessory kit) adjusted incorrectly.
Seal of swimmer valve on swimmer tank
(accessory kit) defective.
Troubleshooting
Remedy
Check the supply voltage.
Check the electric control.
Allow engine to cool down and reset the bi-
metal relay. Measure motor current. With
increased current pick-up, release piston
seal (see Maintenance Procedures).
Relieve pressure on the appliance and
check pressure switch.
Retension V-belt (see Maintenance Proce-
dures).
Remove and clean filter or sieve.
Check whether the correct volume of
cleaning liquid is supplied.
Replace defective part.
Replace defective part.
Refill detergent tank.
Retension V-belt (see Maintenance Proce-
dures).
Replace V-belt (see Maintenance Proce-
dures).
Refill detergent tank.
Check hoses for leaks.
Check the supply temperature of the
cleaning liquid.
Replace valve spring.
Tighten plug bushing (see Maintenance
Procedures).
Replace pressure tank
Replace seal.
Tension piston seal (see Maintenance Pro-
cedures).
Readjust the pressure switch and the vol-
ume regulator valve.
Adjuset closing force and fill level (siehe
accessory kits and accessories).
Replace seal.
