Operating Instructions

Readjust hand brake

! Release the clamp for adjusting
the Bowden cable
! Adjust the Bowden cable by
turning anticlockwise
Note:
Make sure that the brake plate does
not scrape against the drive wheel
when the hand brake is released.

Check the sweep roller

! Lock the hand brake
! Remove the swept material
container
! Remove tapes and string from
the sweep roller
! Insert the swept material
container

Replace the sweep roller

Replacing it is necessary if the
sweeping result is visibly diminished
due to worn bristles.
! Lock the hand brake
! Remove the batteries
! Remove the swept material

! Unlock th supports
! Raise the machine until the
supports lock
! If necessary lock the supports by
hand
! Pull-out the sweep roller locking
devices over the side shrouding
! Turn the sweep roller locking
devices through 90°
! Turn the sweep roller and take it
out from below
— Observe the length of the bristles
set!
— The arrow points in the driving
direction

! Insert the new sweep roller
! Turn the sweep roller to let the
sweep roller locking devices latch
into position
! Hold the machine
! Unlock th supports
! Set down sweeper
! Install the batteries
! Insert the swept material
