Operating Instructions
Before first operating
Unloading instructions
The machine was secured on a
pallet with stretch belts or ropes for
safe transport.
Proceed as follows when
unloading:
! Cut the plastic packing tape and
remove the film.
! Remove the blocks for securing
the wheels and drive the machine
off the pallet using a suitable
ramp.
Warning!
Do not use a fork lift for unloading;
this could damage the machine.
Initial fitting
! Mount the steering wheel
! Mount the side broom
! Install the batteries
! Charge the batteries

Before every operation
General notes
! Stand sweeper on a flat surface
! Lock the hand brake
Testing and maintenance

! Check the battery charge state
! Check the side brush
! Check the sweep roller
! Clean filter
! Empty the swept material
container
! Check function of the parking
brake
! Check the function of the seat

Commissioning
Start machine
! Close unit cover
! Sit on the driver seat.
Note:
— The machine is equipped with a
bonnet contact switch.
— The machine cannot be started
with an open unit cover.
— The machine is equipped with a
seat contact switch.
— The sweeper switches off
automatically as the driver leaves
his seat.

! Press and hold down brake pedal
! Lock the hand brake
! Raise the sweep roller
! Raise the side broom
! Pedals in zero position!
! Set key switch to "1"
— The engine is running

Run machine
! Press the brake pedal to release
the hand brake
Drive forwards
Drive backwards
