Start the runway mode:
1. Set the Speed and incline. Press Start and the computer counts down from 3,2,1, go.
Press START. The computer counts down from 3, 2, 1, GO.
2. During the movement the speed and incline can be adjusted by the buttons on the panel and or on
the screen.
3. Press again . and the treadmill will slow down and shows RESTART and STOP.
Press RESTART, the treadmill is restarting with the slowest speed. Press STOP, the treadmill stops and
pops up the current sports scores.
