Start up

Power connection
Danger
The electrical connection of the system may only be carried out by
a qualified electrician.
For connection values, see technical data and type plate.
Note
After connecting the device to the power supply, check the rotating
direction of the pump motor to see it is running in right direction.
– The fan of the pump motor must rotate in the direction of the
arrow.
Making the plant ready for operations
Align the appliance horizontally at the installation site.
Lock the parking brakes of the wheels (optional).
Ensure that the drain-off tap is closed.
Open the device hood.
First-time filling: Fill in water into the water container until the
indicator lamp "Water shortage" goes off.
Close cover.
Turn on the main switch.
Set the thermostat to the desired cleaning temperature (max.
90 °C).
Switch on the heating. Indicator lamp "Heating on" lights up
green.
The desired cleaning temperature is reached when the indicator
lamp "Heating on" goes off and the indicator lamp "Heating tem-
perature ok" lights up green.
Open the device hood.
Add detergent according to the instructions given in the product
information and start a short cleaning cycle.

Note
The device can be operated even before the selected cleaning
temperature has been reached.
Operation
Operation
The cleaning process takes place in a fully automatic mode.
Distribute the parts to be cleaned (max. 115 kg) evenly on the
basket.
Close cover.
Lock in the locking strip.
Set the cleaning time at the timer (max. 30 minutes). Indicator
lamp "Cleaning process" glows green. The cleaning process
starts.
The indicator lamp goes off at the end of the selected cleaning pe-
riod; the cleaning process is completed.
Danger
Danger of scalding by hot steam! Allow device to cool down suffi-
ciently!
Open the device hood.
Danger
Risk of burns! Allow cleaned parts to cool down adequately before
removing them.
Wear safety gloves.
Remove the cleaned parts.

Interrupting operation

The cleaning process can be interrupted in 3 different ways.
1 Reset timer manually.
2 Open the device hood (safety switch).
3 Switch off the main switch.
Oil separator
The device is fitted with an oil separator to increase the life of the
detergent fluid.
Note
Best results of the oil separator can be reached when the deter-
gent fluid is cold.
Let the detergent fluid cool down for a few minutes so that the
oil can separate from the water.
Switch on the oil separator - at least once a day for a few min-
utes depending on the oil application.
Also empty the oil collection basin.
Note
Please dispose off the collected oil according to the regulations.
