Version F:
The aluminium housing and the end caps
are provided with a high-quality epoxy
coating (80 - 90 μm).
The shaft and the bolts are made from
stainless steel. This achieves an excellent
level of corrosion protection. This type of
coating has been tried and tested in the
off shore sector and in buildings that have
permanent condensation and severe air
pollution, among others.

Mechanical mounting
The pneumatic actuator is attached to a
shut-off valve using standardised interfaces
in accordance with ISO 5211 or DIN 3337
(F03-F25). The actuator is fi tted using
hexagon head bolts and washers or stud
bolts, hexagon nuts and washers (provided
in the scope of delivery and pre-assembled
with relevant orders). The actuator can
be fi tted off set to the shut-off valve in a
90° raster (ADA/ASR 4000U: 45° raster)
(depending on customer requirements).
