Für Leiter mit Aussen-Ø bis

Kabelschuh und Scheibe (S) an Ge-
windeanschluss der Buchse bzw. des
Steckers mit Mutter (M) befestigen,
mit Mutter (K) kontern. Anzugsdreh-
moment: 3Nm.

Endmontage

Winkeltülle (3) in die Endposition
schieben, bis zum Einrasten.

Tülle (1) in die Endposition schieben,
bis zum Einrasten.

Vollständige Einrastung optisch kont-
rollieren!
Für Leiter mit Aussen-Ø über

Leiter mit angecrimpter Hülse von
hinten in die Tülle (2) schieben bis zum

Einrasten. Position kontrollieren.

Winkeltülle (3) in die Endposition
schieben bis zum Einrasten auf der
Tülle (2). Winkeltülle (3) zurückbiegen.

Assembly of the cable lug
For cable with outer-Ø up to
10.5mm

Assemble cable lug and washer (S)
on threaded connector of socket or
plug with nut (M), secure with nut (K).
Tightening torque: 3Nm.
Plug assembly
(ill. 7)
Push the angled sleeve (3) in the end
position until it engages.
(ill. 8)
Push the sleeve (1) in the end position
until it engages.
(ill. 9)
Visually check the snap-in parts for
correct assembly
For cable with outer-Ø over
10,5mm

Push the crimped conductor from the
back in the sleeve (2) until it engages.
(ill. 11)
Push the angled sleeve (3) in the end
position until it engages on the sleeve
(3). Bend back the angled sleeve.
