Printing

Before printing
• Ensure that the printer is properly connected to the computer (page 12).
• Ensure that the correct ink ribbon cartridge and paper are used (page 21).
• Ensure that the ink ribbon cartridge and print paper are properly loaded (pages 14
and 16 ).

To reprint the image sent from the computer
Press the PRINT button. You don't have to transfer the image from the computer
twice.

Turn on the power of the printer, then computer.
All indicators, PRINT, ALARM, RIBBON and PAPER are lit, then all of them
go out. Now the printer is in standby status.
Notes
• When the printer is connected to the computer through the parallel interface
bus, turn on the power of the printer before turning on the computer.
• Never turn the printer on or off while the computer is accessing its hard disk,
floppy disk.
Turn on the power of the computer.
Send the image data from the computer to the printer, then send the print
command.
While the printer is receiving the image data from the computer, the PRINT
indicator blinks.
While the printer is printing, the PRINT indicator is lit.
