7. Mounting instructions

● Ventilation duct nominal size, DN 100.
● For surface installation on walls or
ceilings. Minimum housing spacing to the
wall/ceiling 20 mm. Build-in depth 35 mm.
● Mounting material is to be supplied by the
customer.
● Carry out a volumetric flow measurement
after installation. Follow the planning
documents.
8. Mounting
1. Unpack the unit and remove the setting
screw [8] from the back of the housing.
2. Remove the cover unit (design cover [7]
with housing cover [5]) Unlock the locking
lever with a screwdriver ( lower arrow).
3. Stick the supplied sealing strip all the way
round the housing connections.
The sealing strip is fitted so that the
unit doesn't draw in any air
erroneously.
4. Remove the duct protection from the wall
and insert the housing [2] into the wall
breakthrough/wall sleeve ("TOP").
5. Align the housing horizontally, mark both
plug holes ( arrow), drill them, insert the
plugs and screw the housing securely to
the wall/ceiling.

6. Locate the cover unit in position and
secure it with the locking lever. The air
filter is already inserted before the unit
leaves the factory and fixed in place with
the retaining spring.
7. Screw the setting screw [8] a little way into
the housing.
8. Carry out a volumetric flow measurement
and, during the measurement process, set
the value as predefined by the engineering
office with the setting screw [8].

10. Cleaning, filter change
Clean the G2 filter and the unit regularly
every 3 months. Replace the air filter after
2 years at the latest.
The lamella setting remains if the
setting screw [8] is not adjusted.
Air filter Task
G2 air filter Wash out with clean water if
made of filter slightly dirty. Replace with
foam new one if very dirty.
(dust filter) Only insert a dry filter.
Optional G3 air Always replace the G3 air
filter made from filter with a new one. Do not
wash G3 filter.
