The fixed setting of the volumetric flow is
performed after installation using the setting
screw, in line with the volumetric flow
measurement.
The air filter avoids contamination in the
ventilation duct.
The AZV 100 is only intended for domestic
use and similar purposes. MAICO is not liable
for damages caused by improper use (use
other than intended use).
2.4 Non-intended use
WARNING
Risk of combustion/fire from flammable
materials, liquids or gases in the vicinity
of the ventilation unit. Do not place any
flammable materials, liquids or gases near
the ventilation unit, which may ignite in the
event of heat or sparks and catch fire.
NOTICE
Unit damage through modifications and
alterations. Modifications and alterations to
the unit are not permitted and release the
manufacturer from any guarantee and
liability.

The AZV 100 may only be

installed and cleaned by
people who can safely
recognise and avoid the risks
associated with this work.

CAUTION
Risk to health if filters are not
replaced or if there are no air
filters.
Heavily contaminated or damp
air filters may collect
substances hazardous to
health. This may also happen
if the ventilation system is not
used for a long time. If there
are no air filters, the ventilation
ducts get contaminated.
Unfiltered substances may
enter the rooms.
The AZV 100 should never

be operated without an air
filter.
Only use original air filters.

The air filter should be

cleaned every 3 months and
exchanged at the latest after
2 years.
If the ventilation system has

not been used for a long
time, always replace the air
filters.
4. Environmental conditions and
operating limits
Permitted max. ambient temperature: +60 °C.
5. Storage
Store unit exclusively in a dry location (-20 to
+50 °C).
