Position:
Set the angle on the bench to 90°.
Sit straight on the bench and hold the barbells, keeping your arm nearly straight over
your head (fig. 16).
Movement:
Bend your elbows and lower the barbells down to the level of your shoulders (fig. 17).
Then push the barbells upwards again.
