Reading, answering and deleting SMS messages received

As soon as an SMS message is received, you will hear a signal tone
and you will be informed of this by the flashing of the message SMS in
the display. You can find out how to switch the warning tone for the
receipt of new SMS messages on or off in Chapter 0. The incoming
SMS messages are stored in the INBOX folder.
Press the MENU display button. The display will show SMS Text
Messaging.
Confirm with OK. The display will show Write Message.
Select Inbox with and and confirm with OK. You will now see
the last message received in the display together with the date and
time and the phone number that has sent the message.
Select the required message with and and confirm with the
Read display button. The first lines of the message will be shown in
the display.
You can scroll the text in the display with and . After the text has
been read, you have the following options:
Exit text messaging with the Back display button and you will be able
to select a different message for reading.
You can choose from the options described in the next section with
the Option display button.
Exit the menu by pressing the Back display button repeatedly.
Options:
Delete: The selected message will be deleted from the folder.
Reply: The text entry field for your reply will appear. After you have
written the text, press Option and OK. The phone number will be
displayed and you can send the reply with the Send display button.
Forward: Here, the text that has been received can be changed and
forwarded by the usual procedure.
