7.4 Setting the Operating Modes

The function buttons and the display (1, 2, 3 and 4) set the operating mode.

Automatic operation

• Press the button MODE (1) until the display (4) shows "Axx". "A" means that the device is in automatic operation,
"xx" shows the selected function.
• Set the desired function with the buttons UP (2) or DOWN (3). The different functions are included in the following
list.
• The change is immediate.
• The light intensity is always 100% (full brightness).
In this operating mode, the device does not react to signals pending at the DMX IN (5) connection but
generates the corresponding DMX signals depending on the function selected (3-channel signals) at
the DMX OUT (6) connection. This makes it possible to control devices connected to DMX OUT (6) and
encoded as slave devices synchronously.
The last function set is stored even if this operating mode is left in between or the effect light is switched
off.
