Before running a cooking function for the first
tme, take time to read the sections on filling the
water tank and general oven functions as these
contain important general information when
operating the oven.

Steam function

Use this function to cook all sorts of
vegetables, rice, fish and meat. It is also suitable
for extracting juice from berries and for
simultaneous defrosting,
reheating.
1. Rotate the Function Selector knob (1) to the
position corresponding to the Steam
function. The Temperature indicator and the

or right to set the desired temperature (40ºC
to 100ºC).
3. Press the OK key (6) to confirm (within 10
seconds of last change). The Duration
indicator will start to flash.

or right to set the desired duration (for
example, to 10 minutes).
5. Press the START key (7). The oven will start
to operate. Note: The timer will not start to
operate until the temperature has been
reached.

Grill

Use this function to brown the surface of food
quickly.
1. Rotate the Function Selector knob (1) to the
position corresponding to the Grill function.
The Operating Time Indicator Light and the
Display start to flash.

or right to set the desired operating time.
3. Press the Start key (7). The oven will start to
operate.
Note: There is no temperature setting. The
cooling fan keeps on working for some time.
When the temperature has dropped sufficiently,
the fan will switch itself off.

Hot Air

Use this function to bake and roast.
