e) Playing recordings from the monitor/DVR

You can access recordings on the monitor/DVR storage device (SD card or USB storage device) directly from your
smartphone.
Playback is not possible during video recordings.
• Launch the app on your smartphone. Select the corresponding device from the list (if you have only connected one
monitor/DVR, only one device will be displayed). Touch the "
• Select one of the camera images to display the app menu, and then touch the small folder icon.
• Select the storage device (SD card or USB storage device), and then select the desired channel.
• After you confirm the channel, a list of recordings will be displayed in chronological order. Select the desired date.

19. Troubleshooting

This digital home video surveillance set was designed using the latest technology. However, faults and malfunctions
may still occur. The following section provides instructions on how to troubleshoot possible faults.
Wireless camera image is not displayed
• Each wireless camera (you can connect up to four cameras) must be paired with the monitor/DVR. See section
15a) for details.
• By default, the enclosed camera should automatically connect to the monitor/DVR (channel #1). If no image is
displayed, pair the devices manually.
• Check whether the wireless camera channel was disabled (see section 15b). If so, enable the channel and try
again.
• Check whether the connection is working by placing the monitor/DVR and camera 1–2 m apart. If necessary, pair
the devices manually (see above).
• Select the correct wireless camera/channel.
• Check that the wireless camera is supplied with power via the mains adapter.
• Check that the wireless camera antenna is securely in place. If necessary, change the position of the antenna.
• Refer to section 19.
