b) Downloading and installing the app

• Download the free "GoCamPro" app from the Apple Store and install it on your
smartphone.
When this manual was published, iOS 9.0 or higher was required to run this
app. Newer versions of the app may require a more recent system version.
• After launching the app, you can add a new device by scanning the QR code in the network information displayed
on the monitor/DVR or entering the device ID to the left of the QR code (enter the 20-digit combination without
spaces).
If you have other monitors/DVRs (or devices that work with the same app), you can connect these in the
same way.
• In the password entry field, enter the password that you used for the monitor/DVR. You can also disable the pass-
word function if desired.
• Enter a name for the device, otherwise it will not connect to the monitor/DVR.
• Depending on the number of cameras, you can disable/enable channels CH1, CH2, CH3 and CH4.
• Save the settings.
• A list of devices will be displayed when you have added the connection. If you only add one monitor/DVR, only one
device will be displayed. Select this device from the list.
• After you select the device, a blank screen will be displayed. Select the "
camera.
The camera image will not be shown if the monitor/DVR is displaying a menu. To display the camera
image(s), exit the OSD menu on the monitor/DVR.
When you access the OSD menu on the monitor/DVR, video transmission will stop and an error message
will be displayed on your smartphone.

Video transmission consumes a large amount of data and may result in high mobile data charges.
