INBETRIEBNAHME

4.1

Voraussetzungen

• Alle Bauteile und -elemente des "Basis-KIT" sowie der Optio-
nen sind wie beschrieben montiert, ausgerichtet und verdrah-
tet.
• Zusätzliche Betätigungs- und Sicherheitselemente sind mon-
tiert und angeschlossen.
Achtung:
Wenn keine Infrarot-Lichttaster vorhanden sind,
müssen zwei Brücken eingelegt werden.
• Die Schiebeflügel lassen sich leicht bewegen.
• Die vier Jumper auf dem Power-Print sind gesteckt (siehe Ka-
pitel 2.6).
4.2

Elektrische Voreinstellungen

Voreinstellungen können vor der Inbetriebsetzung keine gemacht
werden (Anschläge müssen gemäss Beschreibung eingestellt
sein). Fahrweg sowie maximal zulässige Geschwindigkeit und
Kraft werden beim Einrichten (RESET) durch den Antrieb selbst
eingestellt.
Einrichtvorgang:
Das Einrichten erfolgt bei der ersten Inbetriebnahme des Antrie-
bes, oder einem RESET über das BEDIS.
• Bei der ersten Inbetriebnahme werden alle Werte der 2. Ebe-
ne auf Standard gestellt.
• Wird ein RESET gemacht, nachdem die Tür in Betrieb war,
(siehe Kapitel 5.2.2) 2. Ebene.
• Ist das Flügelgewicht grösser als ca. 10 kg, bleiben nach ei-
nem Netzausfall alle Werte der 2. Ebene gespeichert, das heisst
kein Einrichten.
Die Softswitch-Einstellungen 3. Ebene (Punkt 5.2.3) werden
durch ein RESET nicht geändert.
Ablauf:
• Test aller Hardware-Teile der Steuerung.
• Alle angeschlossenen Elemente werden kontrolliert (BEDIS,
VERI, BATPA).
• Tür schliesst bis zur ZU-Position mit einer Einrichtge-
schwindigkeit von 0,075 m/s.
• In den Programmstellungen NACHT und AUSGANG wird die
Anlage verriegelt und bleibt solange in dieser Stellung, bis ein
gültiger Öffnungsbefehl (KEY- oder Öffnungskontakt innen) an-
steht. Ist Programmstellung HAND gewählt, muss die Anlage
auf AUTOMAT gestellt werden, damit der Einrichtvorgang fort-
gesetzt wird. In den übrigen Programmstellungen erfolgt der
Öffnungsbefehl automatisch.

COMMISSIONING

4.1

Requirements

• All the components and elements of the Basic KIT as well as
of the options have been mounted, arranged and cabled as
described above.
• Any additional control and safety elements have been mounted
and connected.
Attention:
If there are no infrared light detectors fitted, two
wire links must be inserted.
• The sliding wings are easily moved.
• The four jumpers are plugged into the power print (see chapter
2.6).
4.2

Preliminary electrical settings

No preliminary settings can be made prior to commissioning (the
stops must be set as described in the instructions). The travel
distance as well as the maximum admissible speed and force are
set automatically by the drive unit during set-up (RESET).
Setting-up procedure:
The setting-up procedure is carried out when the drive unit is taken
into operation for the first time, or after a RESET by means of the
BEDIS.
• During the first commissioning, all the values on the second
level are reset to standard.
• If a RESET is made after the door has already been in operation
(see chapter 5.2.2) 2nd level.
• If the wing weight exceeds approx. 10 kg, all the values on the
2nd level remain memorized after a mains failure, i.e. no setting-
up procedure is necessary.
A RESET has no influence whatsoever on the softswitch
adjustments on the 3rd level (point 5.2.3).
Functional performance:
• Test of all the hardware elements of the control unit.
• All the connected elements are checked (BEDIS, VERI,
BATPA).
• The door closes as far as the CLOSED position with a set-up
speed of 0,075 m/s.
• In the positions NIGHT and EXIT of the program selector switch
the installation is locked and remains in this position until a
valid opening command (KEY or opening contact inside) is
applied. In the program position MANUAL, the installation must
be switched to AUTOMATIC in order to ensure that the setting-
up procedure is continued. In all the other programmed positions
the opening command is effected automatically.
