Sicherheit

Der Rundschiebetürantrieb SRM mit dem Gilgen Profilsystem 90
ist TÜV-geprüft nach den Grundlagen DIN 18650.
Gemäss DIN 18650 müssen Flügel von kraftbetätigten Türen und
Toren aus durchsichtigen Werkstoffen deutlich erkennbar sein,
das heisst: Sie müssen gekennzeichnet werden.
Beim Aufbau einer Rundschiebetür mit Fremdflügeln ist darauf zu
achten, dass zur Vermeidung von Klemmstellen die örtlich gülti-
gen Richtlinien eingehalten werden (z.B. CH: EKAS-Richtlinie
Nr.1511; D: DIN 18650).
Bei der Inbetriebnahme der Rundschiebetür wird die Öffnungs-
und Schliessgeschwindigkeit in Abhängigkeit der Flügelgewichte
automatisch so eingestellt, dass keine Personengefährdung ent-
steht.
Sämtliche Sicherheitselemente sind auf ihre einwandfreie Funk-
tion zu prüfen.
Achtung:
Die einwandfreie Funktion der Kaba Gilgen Pro-
dukte kann nur zusammen mit der Verwendung
von original Kaba Gilgen Zubehörteilen
(Bedienungselemente, Sicherheitselemente....)
garantiert werden. Andernfalls lehnt Kaba Gilgen
jede Haftung für die sichere und störungsfreie
Funktion der Anlage ab.
Gemäss der Norm DIN 18650, welche die sicherheitstechnischen
Anforderungen an automatische Türsysteme beschreibt, ist eine
Risikobewertung (unter Berücksichtigung des Benutzerkreises
der Tür und der örtlichen Bausituation) durchzuführen. Diese
bildet die Grundlage für die Auswahl unterschiedlicher
Absicherungsmassnahmen. Die Risikobewertung muss bereits
bei der Planung durchgeführt werden, damit das automatische
Türsystem sicher installiert und betrieben werden kann.
Gemäss der Norm DIN 18650 müssen automatische Türsysteme
so ausgelegt sein, dass bei den Öffnungs- und Schliess-
bewegungen Gefährdungen durch Quetschen, Scheren, Ans-
tossen und Einziehen vermieden oder abgesichert werden.
Deshalb empfehlen wir Anlagen, die öffentlich zugänglich sind
(auch durch Kinder und gebrechliche Personen), wie folgt abzu-
sichern:
• Schliessbewegung
mittels 2 Aktiv-Infrarot-Anwesenheitssensoren (1x aussen
und 1x innen)
und
• Öffnungsbewegung
· Einhalten der minimalen Sicherheitsabstände zwischen
Schiebeflügel und festen Seitenteilen resp. Wand
oder
· mittels Schutzflügel.

Security

The SRM drive unit for circular sliding doors with the Gilgen
profile system 90 has been checked by the TÜV (German safety
authorities) on the basis of the DIN 18650.
According to DIN 18650, the wings of motor-powered doors and
gates using transparent materials must be clearly visible, i.e.
they must be identified.
In cases where a circular sliding door installation is configured
with foreign wings, make sure that the relevant local guidelines for
avoiding squeezing possibilities are observed (e.g. CH: FCOS
guidelines no.1511; D: DIN 18650).
Upon commissioning of the circular sliding door, the opening and
closing speeds are automatically adjusted in dependance on the
wing weights, so as to eliminate any risks to the door users.
All the safety elements have to be checked with regard to their
faultless function.
Attention:
A faultless functioning of the Kaba Gilgen products
can only be guaranteed on condition that they are
used in conjunction with the original Kaba Gilgen
accessories (control elements, safety elements....),
otherwise Kaba Gilgen declines all responsibility
for a safe and reliable functioning of the installation.
According to standard DIN 18650 which is describing the safety-
releated requirements on automatic door systems, a risk evaluaton
is to be carried out (in consideration of the number of users of
the door and the local situation). This is the basis for the choice
of the different protecting measures. The risk evaluation has to
be carried out already with the planning in order that the automatic
door system can be safely installed and operated.
According to standard DIN 18650, automatic door systems must
be designed so as to make sure that any danger of squeezing,
shearing, striking and pulling-in is avoided or eliminated during
the opening and closing motions.
For this reason, we recommend to protect installations that are
accessible to the general public (especially children and frail
persons) as follows:
• Closing motion
by means of 2 active infrared presence sensors (of which
one being mounted on the outside and one on the inside)
and
• Opening motion
· Compliance with the minimum safety distances between
the sliding wings and the fixed side panels respectively the
wall
or
· by means of protection wings.
