5.2.2 Water and chemical systems
The incoming water from the main water supply flows past the float valve into the water inlet
tank. The water is then pumped by the high-pressure pump through the water heater and
supplied under pressure to the safety spray lance. The flat jet nozzle of the spray lance cre-
ates a powerful fan-shaped high-pressure jet.
Cleaning agents can be added via a dosing valve and a solenoid valve.
5.2.3 Safety spray lance with electronic spray lance
The electronic spray gun permits operation of the unit only when the safety control lever I
is operated. When the lever is actuated, the machine starts. When the lever is released, the
machine stops.
The variant TCC permits program selection on the spray gun. By actuating the program
selection switch, the programs "COLD", "HOT" and "HOT WITH DETERGENT" can be se-
lected.
The spray gun is a safety device. Replacements and repairs may only be carried
out by qualified personnel. In case of replacement, only parts authorized by the
manufacturer may be used.
5.2.4 Electrical supply of the control electronics in the spray gun
Two batteries, E-block 9 Volt, provide the control electronics with current. The durability of
the batteries is about 200 operating hours.
A turn signal lamp on the spray gun indicates that the extreme value of the battery voltage
has been reached and that a battery change is required.
5.2.5
Protective ON/OFF motor switch
The machine is started or stopped by actuating the motor switch. The motor switch has been
designed as a protective motor switch and protects the high-pressure pump drive motor
against overload. In case of overload conditions, the entire machine will be cut out automati-
cally.
5.2.6
Receiver
The receiver is located in the control panel of the machines. It controls the signals transmit-
ted from the spray gun and releases the switching process of the machine control system.
With the TCA variant it controls the switching on and off of the machine as well as the decel-
erated switching on of the oil burner.
The switching process with the TCC variant means the switching on and off of the machine,
the delayed switching on of the oil burner, switching on and off of the burner depending on
the program, and the switching on and off of the cleaning agent.
