IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR BATTERY CHARGER

WARNING! Do not start up the engine while the battery is charging.
Caution! Risk of electric shock.
Keep the connection line away from the mower blades.
Pull up the socket inlet from the socket outlet before every adjustment, repair or
maintenance. Do not connect the demaged service cabel into the supply and do
not touch the demaged cable before its disconnection of the supply. The demaged
service cable could lead to the contact with lively parts.
Before charging, and before each use, inspect the charger, cable and plug. In case you find
damage, do not use the charger. Repairs performed by a specialist. Never open!
Before using charger, read all instructions and cautionary markings on charger, battery, and
product using battery.
DANGER: Do not probe with conductive objects. Danger of electric shock or
electrocution.
• Do not expose charger to rain, snow or moisture. Penetration of water in the battery charger
increases the risk of an electric shock.
• Risk of fire! Never charge the battery near acids and highly flammable materials.
• To reduce risk of damage to electric plug and cord, disconnect from mains socket by pulling the
plug rather than the cord.
• Make sure cord is located so that it will not be stepped on, tripped over, or otherwise subjected
to damage or stress.
• Place the charger in position away from any heat source.
• Do not operate the battery charger on easily inflammable surfaces (e. g., paper, textiles, etc.)
or surroundings. The heating of the battery charger during the charging process can pose a fire
hazard.
• Do not place any object on top of charger or on a surface that might block the ventilation slots
and result in excessive internal heat. Place the charger in position away from any heat source.
• Never use a damaged charger. Damaged battery chargers, cables and plugs increase the risk
of an electric shock.
• Do not disassemble charger. Take it to authorized service center when service or repair is
required. Incorrect reassemble may result in a risk of electric shock, electrocution or fire.
• Keep the battery charger clean. Contamination can lead to danger of an electric shock.
• Do not store or use the tool in locations where the temperature may reach or exceed 50°C
(such as outside sheds or metal buildings in summer).
• The charger is designed to operate on standard household electrical power (230 V / 50 Hz). Do
not attempt to use it on any other voltage!
