If you prefer to install the OAP sensor on the top of the model's
fuselage, we recommend that you fit the black cover plate
provided.

Connecting the Opto-Auto-Pilot
4.1
Connect the 3-pin connector marked "AILE" to the 3-pin aileron
socket on the receiver.
4.2
Connect the 3-pin connector marked "ELEV" to the 3-pin
elevator socket on the receiver.
4.3
Connect the 3-pin connector marked "AUX" to a vacant 3-pin
proportional socket on the receiver; if not available, a switched
channel can be used.
The Opto-Auto-Pilot consists of the opto-electronic sensor, the Auto-
Control-Board (ACB) with socket for the OAP sensor, a micro-switch
for selecting the control parameters, a sensitivity pre-select
potentiometer and three-pin sockets for aileron servo, elevator servo
and sensor sensitivity.
5.
Function of the Auto-Control-Board (ACB):
5.1
ACB sensitivity adjuster. The sensitivity of the system is
reduced by turning the adjuster anti-clockwise.
5.2
Connect the elevator and aileron servos to the ACB sockets
(AILE / ELEV).
5.3
The slide-switch 1 is used to select the OAP sensor installation
mode. Switch position "ON" means "+", switch position "OFF"
means "X".
