• As soon as the LIGHTNING button (7) is pressed, the 60 minute review is displayed as
a bar chart in the left middle of the screen, while the distance of the lightning strikes
of the last 60 minutes is shown.
• Bar chart (examples)
• Hold down the LIGHTNING button (7) to set the unit of the lightning distance,
whereupon the distance unit lights up. Press the + or - button to choose between
"km" (kilometres) or "miles". Press the LIGHTNING button to confirm the entry. Again
press the LIGHTNING button to skip other settings and end the procedure.
• PLEASE NOTE: The lightning activities measured are only a prime example and
should not be directly compared to lightning statistics of professional weather
observation stations.

q) Setting the lightning alarm:

• To set the lightning alarm keep the LIGHTNING button (7) pressed and ensure the
following in turn. With each setting press + or - (11 or 12) and press the LIGHTNING
button to confirm the setting.
• Lightning distance unit > Lightning distance alert > Number of lightning strike alert >
strike in every 10/30/60 minutes > Lightning alert on
