• The number of lightning strikes appears next to the clock display.
• Press the LIGHTNING button (7) once to display the estimated distance of lightning
activity in km or miles.
• (The distance is displayed with "----", if no lightning is detected nearby.)
• Press the LIGHTNING button (7) again to choose between the lightning strike every
10,30, 60 minutes.
• The "+" symbol next to the number of lightning strikes specifies that the current
number of strikes is the same or greater than the number displayed. Although this
measurement of lightning strikes is only a prime example it can deliver a good picture
of the trend of lightning intensity.
