WARRANTY

The TOPCOM CLEO has been manufactured and tested in order to offer you com-
plete satisfaction. TOPCOM secures this device against material and construction
defects for a period of 12 months counting from the date the first distributor pur-
chased it. The warranty is only valid if the guarantee card has been filled in duely,
dated and signed. The guarantee card has to be sent back within 10 days after the
purchase date to TOPCOM.
This guarantee does not apply to: adaptors, leaking of the batteries and possible
defects caused by insufficient maintenance and improper use of the device.
The warranty expires completely if people other than our technical personnel
have repaired or modified the machine.
If you find any defects in the operation, please return the unit in its original pack-
ing, together with the guarantee card and a photocopy of your purchase invoice,
to the TOPCOM sales department.
Any transport costs will be debited to the purchaser.

Bitte beachten Sie die folgenden Hinweise, bevor Sie Ihr Gerät in Betrieb nehmen:
1. Lesen Sie diese Betriebsanleitung genau durch.
2. Setzen Sie den CLEO nie auf eine instabile Oberfläche.
3. Stellen Sie das Gerät nie in feuchten oder staubigen Räumen auf.
4. Stellen Sie das Gerät nie in die Nähe einer Wärmequelle (Heizkörper, Ofen, etc.).
5. Verwenden Sie zur Reinigung Ihres Gerätes nur ein feuchtes Tuch.
6. Entfernen Sie nie Schrauben oder Abdeckungen, um selbst das Gerät zu repari-
eren. Überlassen Sie das dem technischen Dienst von TOPCOM.
7. Ziehen Sie in den folgenden Fällen sofort den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose:
a. Wenn Netzstecker oder Netzkabel beschädigt sind;
b. Wenn das Gerät naß geworden ist.
c. Wenn das Gerät gefallen und schwer beschädigt worden ist.
8. Bedecken Sie nie die Öffnungen des Gerätes, diese dienen zur ausreichenden
Entlüftung und verhindern Überhitzung.
