4.15. Telephone Book

The Butler 1410C can save 40 numbers with name in the telephone book
memory (20 digits with 12 characters). You can browse the telephone book
memory by pressing the Telephone book key. If the telephone book memory is
empty, 'EMPTY' appears on the screen.

4.15.1. Adding a number and a name to the Telephone Book

- Press the Telephone Book key.
- If 'EMPTY' appears, press 'NEW' to make a new entry. Or:
• Press the Menu key.
• Press the 'NEW' key to make a new entry.
- 'ENTER NUMBER' appears on the display.
- Enter the telephone number. Use the number keys. Press the '
delete the figure before the cursor.
- Press the 'OK' key to confirm.
- 'ENTER NAME' appears on the display.
- Enter the name. Use the alphanumeric keys. You can move the cursor by the
