2. CoNNECTIoNS
2.1 Connection to TV

• Connect the HDMI connector of the cable to the HDMI output of the Receiver, and the connector at
the other end of the cable – to HDMI input of your TV set.
• Connect coaxial cable of the aerial to the LNB IN connector on the Receiver.

2.2 Connection of audio system

If your audio system has S/PDIF digital optical input, please, use a special optical cable for connecting the
same to the Receiver. Using of S/PDIF optical cable would ensure the best quality of the reproduction of
sound:
• Connect one end of optical cable to the S/PDIF connector on the Receiver, and the other one – to the
S/PDIF IN connector on your audio system.
If your audio system doesn't have a digital optical S/PDIF input, then use the 2RCA/2RCA cable for
analogue connection:
• Connect the 2 RCA connectors (red and white) of the 2RCA/2RCA cable to the respectively coloured
audio output connectors on the Receiver. Connect the 2 RCA connectors of the cable at the other end
thereof to the respectively coloured inputs of analogue audio system of your audio set.
NOTE!
In order to ensure output of digital multi-channel spatial sound, in case where such option is provided in
the stream, select the item As is in the audio setup, and then select the respective sound track.

3. SwITCHINg-oN/SwITCHINg-off of THE rECEIVEr

Make sure that you are only switching-on the Receiver after having performed all the necessary
connections!

1. Insert the plug of the power cable in the wall outlet.
2. Turn the switch, available on the rear panel of the Receiver, into position "I".

3. Depress the STANDBY [1] button on the remote control or on the front panel of the Receiver.
4. Switching-off of the Receiver shall be performed in reverse sequence.
