ATTENTION, IMPORTANT
Ces consignes sont à lire attentivement, le NON RESPECT de
celles-ci dégage la société MANIP de toutes responsabilités
en cas d'incidents, et peut entraîner la suppression de la
garantie.
1 - AVANT TOUTE UTILISATION du chargeur, connaître
parfaitement le fonctionnement des commandes de manœuvres,
de l'attelage et dételage du chargeur et de ses outils et instruire
toute personne autorisée à manœuvrer le chargeur.
2 - ELOIGNER toute personne dans la zone d'évolution du
chargeur.
3 - Le tracteur doit être muni de CONTRE POIDS suffisant pour
assurer sa stabilité. 20% environ du poids total roulant doit être
supporté par l'essieu arrière.
4 - SOULEVER ou TRANSPORTER des personnes avec le
chargeur est INTERDIT.
5 - Ne jamais STATIONNER le chargeur en position LEVEE,
risque de descente provoqué par des fuites internes.
6 - LES DEPLACEMENTS sont à effectuer charge baissée,
réduire les vitesses sur terrain inégal et éviter de travailler sur
plans inclinés pour diminuer les risques de renversement.
7 - Les STRUCTURES de PROTECTION des tracteurs (arceau)
doivent être mises en position de protection pour les travaux avec
chargeur.
8 - Les DEPLACEMENTS sur route se font à vide bras levé.
Veiller à ne pas cacher les feux de signalisation.
9 - S'ASSURER en permanence que le chargeur ne vienne pas
en contact avec des obstacles aériens (Lignes électriques,
téléphoniques etc...)

These regulations should be read carefully. Non-compliance
with these will relieve the MANIP company from any
responsibility in event of any faults and may entail the
cancellation of the warranty.
1 - BEFORE USING THE LOADER, carefully learn the function
of the controls, the attachment and detachment of the loader.
Instruct all other persons who may be authorised to use the
loader.
2 - KEEP AWAY ANY PERSON in the area of the loader.
3 - The tractor must be equipped with sufficient COUNTER-
WEIGHT to ensure the stability of the tractor. Around 20 % of the
total weight should be supported by the rear axle.
4 - LIFTING and TRANSPORTATION of people is FORBIDDEN.
5 - NEVER PARK the loader in a LIFTED position - there may be
a risk of sudden down movement in the event of internal leakage.
6 - Loaded implements should be TRANSPORTED in a lowered
position at all times and at a low speed, in particular on uneven
ground - avoid working on slopes.
7 - The tractor should be equipped with PROTECTION
STRUCTURES to be used when working with the loader.
8 - TRANSPORT on the road should be with the arm raised and
empty. Do not hide the headlights.
9 - BE CAREFUL at all times when driving with the loader in a
lifted position that it does not interfere with overhead obstacles
such as electric or telephone cables.

10 - COMMANDER le chargeur exclusivement à partir du siège
conducteur. Garder le contrôle des commandes jusqu'à
achèvement des mouvements.
11 - NE JAMAIS rester sous un chargeur levé sans que celui-ci ne
soit bloqué par un dispositif de blocage mécanique ou hydraulique.
Une rupture de l'hydraulique ou un mouvement involontaire peut
provoquer un mouvement brutal sur le chargeur.(47 - page 24)
12 - CONTROLER périodiquement l'état du circuit hydraulique
(flexibles, raccords, prises, vérins etc. ..)
13 - Ne JAMAIS modifier le branchement d'origine des flexibles.
14 - CHANGEMENT D'OUTIL : Contrôler qu'il soit parfaitement
verrouillé, en exerçant une légère pression sur le sol.
15 - Pour DETELER le chargeur, un outil doit toujours être
accouplé. Veiller à dételer le chargeur sur une surface plane et
stable.
16 - Au REPOS le chargeur dételé doit reposer sur ses béquilles
avec broches et goupilles d'origine. Vérifier la bonne stabilité du
chargeur.
17 - N'UTILISER que des outils adaptés aux types de
manutentions à effectuer.
18 - TOUTE MODIFICATION de la fourniture MANIP (adaptation,
chargeur, outil) et l'installation d'éléments de marque étrangère à
MANIP annule automatiquement la responsabilité et la garantie
sur l'ensemble de la fourniture.
19 - L'utilisation du chargeur à des fins autres que la manutention
est interdite (ex: cric de levage etc...)

MANIP ne pourra être tenu responsable si ces consignes de
sécurité ne sont pas respectées.
10 - CONTROL the loader exclusively from the driver's seat.
Keep control over the controls until movements are completed.
11 - NEVER stay under a lifted loader unless the mechanical or
hydraulic locking shut-off device is in a locked position. A cut-off
of the hydraulic circuit or an accidental touch of the controls may
cause sudden movements of the loader (47 - page 24).
12 - Periodically CHECK the hydraulic system (hoses, fittings,
connections, cylinders, etc..).
13 - NEVER modify the original hose connections.
14 - IMPLEMENT CHANGING : Check that they are locked on
correctly by forcing down slightly on the ground.
15 - TO DETACH the loader, an implement should always be
attached. Always detach the loader on firm, flat ground.
16 - WHEN NOT BEING USED, the detached loader should rest
on its parking stand with the pins and locking pins delivered with
the machine.
17 - ONLY USE implements suitable for the job to be done.
18 - ANY MODIFICATION of the MANIP equipment (sub-frame,
loader, implement) and the fitting of an implement of another
origin than MANIP automatically cancels the liability and the
warranty on the entire equipment.
