Error codes

The meter continuously performs self-diagnosis to en-
able it detect and display installation and device errors.
If an error occurs, the error code is shown in the user
loop. All the other windows continue to be available by
pressing the button.
FL nEG Wrong flow direction
DIFF nEG Negative temperature difference
F0 Flow measurement not possible
F1 Feed sensor failure
F2 Return sensor failure
F3 Electronics for evaluating the temperature
faulty
F4 Battery flat
F5 Feed sensor short-circuit
F6 Return sensor short-circuit
F7 Internal memory mode malfunction
F8 Error F1, F2, F3, F5 or F6 present for more
than 8 hours; attempted manipulation
detected. No further measurements will be
carried out.
F9 Electronics error
The error codes FL nEG, DIFF nEG and F0 are no longer
displayed as soon as the cause of the error is rectified.
