e) Velocity sensitivity
Use the „TOUCH" button (33) to turn velocity sensitivity for the keyboard on/off. A small symbol next to „TOUCH" appears at the
bottom right of the display when velocity sensitivity is turned on.
With velocity sensitivity turned off, it does not matter how fast you push a key on the keyboard, the sound remains the sound.
With velocity sensitivity turned on, the sound depends on how fast or how slowly a key on the keyboard is pushed.
When the keyboard is turned on, velocity sensitivity is automatically activated.

f) Shifting the tone pitch

Use the „PITCH BEND" lever (39) at the left edge of the keyboard to shift the tone pitch, similar to bending strings on a guitar or
bass.
While playing a note on the keyboard, push the lever up or down to change the tone pitch. When released, the spring-loaded lever
jumps back to the middle position.

g) Vibrato effect

Use the „VIBRATO" lever (40) to turn the vibrato effect on/off.
The further the lever is pushed forward, the greater the vibrato effect is when a note is played on the keyboard. Pull the lever all
the way toward yourself to deactivate the vibrato effect.

h) Shifting octaves

Use the „OCTAVE+" and „OCTAVE-" buttons (7) to tune the instruments an octave higher (display „+01") or lower (display „-01").
The default setting is „00".

i) Transpose function

The transpose function allows you to change the pitch of an instrument played on the keyboard in semitone intervals, similar to
tuning a real instrument.
Use the „TRANSPOSE+" and „TRANSPOSE-" buttons (6) to transpose playback higher or lower in 12 semitones (-06 ... +06). The
default setting is „00".
While the display shows „TRANSPOSE", you can set the value using the „DATA DIAL" (18) or the „+"/„-" buttons beneath
the keypad (20).
If you wish to reset the value to the default setting („00"), push the „TRANSPOSE+" and „TRANSPOSE-" buttons at the
same time.

j) Split keyboard mode

Use the „SPLIT" button (35) to split the keyboard. The lower half consists of 24 keys, the upper half of the remaining keys. A small
symbol next to „SPLIT" appears at the right of the display when split mode is turned on.
Split mode also shifts the octaves up/down.
Selecting a new instrument with split mode on will only change the upper part of the keyboard. The original instrument
remains allocated to the lower part of the keyboard. In this way, you can allocate two different instruments to both parts
of the keyboard.
When you turn off split mode, the entire keyboard takes on the instrument allocated to the upper half.
