13.3 F2C-T tightening torques
For installation, all bolts connecting the reduction units to the machine must be tightened to the correct
torque according to Tab. 2. Bolts must be grade 10.9. or higher.
Fit the slow speed flange solidly to the driven shaft of the machine. Tighten fixing bolts firmly according
to the instructions on Tab. 2.
To mount the motor to the input flange an adaptor is required. This adaptor is available on request.
The adaptor requires an oil seal.
The input shaft has no bearings in the reduction assembly.
The input shaft of standard reduction assemblies F2C-T with hollow shaft and keyway must be fixed
through the centre thread of the motor shaft with a bolt. The motor shaft requires a key for torque trans-
mission.

13.6 F2C-T sealing fittings
Please use liquid gasket in all fittings between gear unit and customer unit.
Liquid gasket, bolts, washers and grease should be provided by the customer.
