MOUNTING OF PROTECTOR

To meet the applicable safety provisions, only the toolήprotector combinations as indicated in the table must be usedέ
CAUTIONμ
The appropriate protector must always be installed, for

your own safety and in order to comply with accident
prevention regulationsέ
τperation of the equipment without the guard being in
place is not permittedέ
Do not apply other combination when using sawάbladeέ
NOTEμ
The standard combination of cutting tool differs from
●
county to countryέ
For metal blades
CAUTIONμ
εake sure that the protector tightening bolts are tightened evenly so that
●
the gap between the clamp and the protector will be constantέ
τtherwise, the protector sometimes may not function as speciiedέ
(For Type A protector)
όix the protector (γ) to the clamp (β) with two bolts εθxγί (1)έ
(For Type B protector)
όix the protector to the clamp (ζ) with two bolts εθx1κ (η)έ
If the protector cover (θ) is installed on the shaft, remove it irst as followsέ
1έ Remove the washers (ι), bolts εθxγί (κ) from protector coverέ
βέ Remove the protector cover by slightly spreading the in (λ)έ
NOTEμ
When changing the protector from Type B to Type A, install the protector

cover, bolts εθxγί and washers onto the shaft before installing the
protectorέ
