6.3 Anschlüsse der Spannstation
Die VERO-S Spannstation wird in der Standardausführung
über einen Luftanschluss mit Verschlussnippel und Ver-
schlusskupplung betätigt.
Diese befinden sich in der erforderlichen Größe im Bei-
pack der Spannstation.
Bei der Verwendung kundeneigener Systeme Ver-
schlussnippel ohne Absperrfunktion verwenden,

da die Kammern der Module bei Betätigung entlüf-
tet werden müssen.
Entriegelungsanschluss

6.3.1 Entriegelungsanschluss
Wird der Entriegelungsanschluss der Spannstation mit
Druckluft beaufschlagt, werden alle Module gleichzeitig
entriegelt. Spannpaletten, Vorrichtungen oder Werkstücke
können aus der Spannstation entnommen oder eingesetzt
werden.
6.3.2 Turboanschluss
Die Spannstation verfügt standardmäßig über einen
Turboanschluss. Bei Beaufschlagung mit Druckluft unter-
stützt dieser den federbetätigten Verriegelungsvorgang
aktiv mit Luftdruck. Die Einzugskraft wird gleichzeitig bei
allen Modulen erhöht.
Die technischen Daten für den Turboanschluss können
der Montage und Betriebsanleitung für Nullpunktspann-
systeme NSE mini und NSE-M mini entnommen werden.
6.4 Verbinden mehrerer Spannstationen
NSL mini 100-2
Die Spannstation NSL mini 100-2 lässt sich mit weiteren
Spannstationen des gleichen Typs verbinden. Über die
Verbindungsadapter wird die Luftversorgung an die
gekoppelte Spannstation übergeben. Bei der Verbindung
mehrerer Spannstationen beachten, dass die Symbole
der Betriebsart linear hintereinander geschaltet werden.
Hierbei kann man sich auch an den Ausrichtkanten der
Spannstationen orientieren.

6.3 Design of the clamping station
The VERO-S clamping station in standard design is
actuated via an air connection with a closing nipple and
closure coupling.
They are supplied in the required size in the accessory
pack of the clamping station.
If customer's own systems are used, please use
closing nipples without shut-off function, since the
NOTICE
chambers of the module has to be deaerated
during actuation.

6.3.1 Unlocking connection
If the unlocking connection of the clamping station is
actuated, all the modules will be unlocked at the same
time. Clamping pallets, devices or workpieces can be
removed from the clamping station, or be inserted now.
6.3.2 Turbo connection
The clamping station features a turbo connection as stan-
dard equipment. If it is actuated with compressed air, it
supports the spring-actuated locking process actively with
air pressure. The pull-in force is increased for all modules
simultaneously.

6.4 Connection of several NSL mini 100-2
clamping stations
The NSL mini 100-2 clamping station can be connected
with additional clamping stations of the same type. The
connecting adapter transfers the air supply to the coupled
clamping station. When connecting several clamping
stations, make sure that the symbols of the operating
type are connected linearly one after the other. The align-
ment edges of the clamping stations can be used for
orientation.
