2.4 KESSEL lifting station Aqualift S Duo
for above-ground installation (Art. no.
28541)
The version for free-standing set-up is de-
livered ready for operation and only needs
to be connected to the wastewater pipes
laid on site.To guarantee the function of the
lifting station, a ventilation pipe must be laid
(DN 50 for normal operation, DN 70 for
connection to a grease separator). Screw
the tank to the ground using the 4 attach-
ment elements provided. These serve the
purpose of sound insulation. (Fig. 9)

2.5 Installing the pump

To avoid transport damage, the pumps are
packed separately and must be installed
before initial operation - as described in
chapter 3.2.

2.6 Checking submersible pipe setting

Art. no. 28541/ 28530 /28550)
The distance H between the lower edge of
the submersible pipe and the bottom of the
tank must be checked before initial operati-
on:
• H for underground system (art. no.
28350 / 28550) is 10 cm (Fig. 10)
• H for system for free-standing set-up
(art. no. 28541) is 12 cm (Fig. 11)
In the event of deviations, loosen the slide
nut on the screw connection for submersi-
ble pipe connection and fix the submersible
pipe at the prescribed height (H).

be clipped in place as shown in Fig. 10 and 11.
