Check the sensor 1. Make sure there is no pressure in the system (see Pressure Relief
or sensor connec- Procedure). Check the material path for clogging, e.g., clogged fil-

2. Use at least an Airless hose ¼" x 15 m. Thinner or shorter hoses
can cause pressure fluctuations.
3. Switch the spray gun OFF and unplug the power cable from the
device.
4. Check the sensor and cable connections on the controller card.
5. Disconnect the sensor from the socket on the controller card.
Make sure that the contacts on the sensor and controller card are
clean and undamaged.
6. Reconnect the sensor with the socket on the controller card.
Switch on the power; set the spray gun to ON, and turn the pres-
sure regulator knob clockwise half a turn. If the spray gun still does
not work properly, switch the device OFF and proceed with the next
step.
7. Install a new sensor. Connect the power cable; switch the the
spray gun ON, and turn the pressure regulator knob clockwise half a
turn. Replace the controller card if the spray gun still does not work
properly.

ween the green and yellow).
