1 - LOCATION

The TH404RX receiver (four-chan-
nel) can be installed near the equip-
ment to be controlled (e.g. solenoid
valve, motor-driven valve, fan-coil).
In the event the receiver is installed
in rooms with reception problems,
a normal radio-amateur aerial must
be connected in place of the aerial
supplied on the 430 MHz range,
and the aerial installed in an area

where reception is good. Use a
coaxial cable for the connection.

2 - INSTALLATION

The unit features four relays for
controlling heating and air condi-
tioning. It can be installed, without
terminal covers, in a box equipped
with a DIN guide (EN 50022), or
can be wall mounted using the DIN
guide supplied and applying the
terminal covers.
NOTE. The wire (18 cm-long uni-
polar cable) used as an aerial must
be straightened out and connected
to the terminal (see fig. 1).

CONNECTIONS
The wiring will depend on the type
of equipment controlled by the
thermostat. Follow the relevant
wiring diagram: figures 2 or 3.
