9. Guarantee

For your AUSTROFLAMM pellet stove, we guarantee the flawless function of the main structure for 6
years and for 2 years for all further components made of steel and cast iron, starting from the date of
initial purchase. Parts made of steel or cast iron which have been proven to have material or
workmanship defects shall be replaced by new parts.
We provide no guarantee on wear and tear parts (e.g.: Keramott, seals, bottom grate and all electrical
and electronic components as per Item 0), surface coatings, paint, glass and ceramics.
The prerequisites for our guarantee coverage are:
7. that your AUSTROFLAMM pellet stove has been operated and serviced in accordance with the
operating instructions and installed and put into service by a service engineer (Austroflamm must
have received the commissioning log one month at the latest after the stove was put into service).
8. A guarantee claim is asserted by presenting the invoice and serial number to an AUSTROFLAMM
specialist dealer.
IMPORTANT: Our guarantee coverage includes free delivery of the new parts. Labour and travel
times are not included. An unjustified claim for guarantee coverage shall be charged back to the operator.
