• To detach a suction nozzle, pull it off.
• Two of the suction nozzles supplied can be plugged into the nozzle holders on the
lid (7) for storage.

Use as Wet or Dry Vacuum Cleaner
CAUTION!
■ Switch on the vacuum cleaner only when you have checked that all the parts have
been properly attached and that the dust bag or the wet fi lter is correctly inserted.
■ Keep animals, hair, jewellery, wide clothing, fi ngers and all other body parts away
from the nozzles of the device. They could become stuck to the device. Should the
vacuum cleaner become stuck, switch the device off immediately.
■ Always switch the device off fi rst and remove the mains plug from the mains socket
before replacing a nozzle or attaching or removing any accessories.
■ Never use the device as a dry vacuum cleaner without the dust bag!
■ On no account should the device be used to suck up the following:
– glowing ash, cigarette ends, matches, etc.
– infl ammable or explosive substances
– very fi ne dust (e.g. concrete dust), toner or sand
– pointed, hard objects such as pieces of broken glass
■ Make sure that the device does not roll over the mains cable.
1. To use the device as a dry vacuum cleaner, insert the dust bag (18):
– remove the lid (7),
– place the dust bag (18) with the opening onto the suction piece,
– place the lid (7) back on.
2. To use the device as a wet vacuum cleaner, insert the wet fi lter (19):
– remove the lid (7),

– Plug together the bottom and top part of the fresh water
hose (3) using the connecting piece (4). Make sure when
you do this that you push the hose (3) as far as it will go
into the connecting piece (4) as otherwise water could es-
cape.
– To detach the fresh water hose (3) again, pull the ring on
the connecting piece (4) upwards and at the same time
pull the bottom part of the hose (3) out.
• I - The device can be used as a wet or dry vacuum clean-
er. The vacuum function is switched on.
• 0 - The device is switched off.
• II - The device can be used with the shampooing func-
tion. The vacuum function and the pump for spraying are
switched on.
