When this message is received, the specified parameter
will be controlled.

If [Parameter Change TX] is ON, this message will be
transmitted on the [Tx CH] MIDI channel when a param-
eter not specified in the [Control Change Assign Table] is
edited.
This message will be echoed if [Parameter Change
ECHO] is ON.
