c) Setting of the Centre of Gravity

The model airplane must be set by proper placement of the flight battery (and, if required, by addition of trimming lead)
so that the centre of gravity is approx. 85 mm behind the nose strip of the wing.
To do so, mark the corresponding centre of gravity position at the bottom of the wing with a pen. Use your index fingers
(or a device intended for this) to hold the assembled and ready-to-fly model from below at the measured positions.
If the centre of gravity is set correctly, the model airplane should be leaning slightly forward.
Important!
Always measure the centre of gravity ready-to-fly with the cabin hood in place.
For the first flights, set the centre of gravity at approx. 82 mm wing depth instead of at 85 mm. The best
centre of gravity then can be reset slowly.
