Intended use

The device can be used in several ways:
as a pure beauty device (PURE BEAUTY); the UV lamps are switched off
during use.
as a combination of beauty and tanning device; both the Beauty Light
lamps and the UV lamps are switched on. For combined application there
are 2 variants, see page 18.
The user must be at least 18 years old. The device may only be used by one
person at a time.
This device is intended only for commercial use and not for private use.
The device may not be used by people with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities or who have insufficient experience and/or knowledge
without supervision. A person responsible for their safety must ensure, either
by supervision or instruction, that the device is used correctly and safely. If
there is any doubt, use of the device by such categories of persons is to be
forbidden!
The device may only be operated with the specified or equivalent lamps. The
tanning and application times given in these operating instructions are valid
only for the specified lamp set.
Any other use shall be considered improper. The manufacturer cannot be
held liable for damage or injuries resulting from this. The operator bears the
sole risk for this.
Proper use also includes compliance with the manufacturer's instructions and
its operating and maintenance conditions. The device may only be operated,
maintained and repaired by persons familiar with these tasks and who have
been informed of the dangers involved.
Usage (exclusively) as a beauty device
The device provides cosmetic stimulation of the skin by means of red light
(photo-bio-stimulation). Further information for this can be found on pages 18
and 20.
Some people are not permitted to use the device, see page 21.
Use as a beauty device with a UV element (with and without sensor)
The device provides cosmetic stimulation of the skin with red light (photo-bio
stimulation) and tanning for one person at a time, whose skin is suitable for
tanning. Further information for this can be found on pages 19 and 24.
Some people are not permitted to use the device, see page 22.
Sensor
When used as a tanning device the sensor provides an analysis of the current
light sensitivity and base tan of the user's skin.
The sensor may only be used on human skin.
Two measurements are required for each tanning session. Measurements are
carried out on the forehead and on the lightest section of skin to be tanned,
e.g. on the inside of your forearm.
